Senior Pastor's History With The Church

Pastor Dugger assumed his role as senior pastor on February 8, 2004. He had previously served as a North American Mission Board appointed missionary to the province of Alberta, Canada, where he pastored the Ivy Lake Baptist Church. Prior to ministry in Canada, he served as pastor of churches in Texas and Tennessee. Pastor Dugger began his ministry as the assistant to the pastor at Airport Way Baptist Church in Fairbanks, Alaska.
